Staying safe online doesn’t need to be complicated. The beginning of the new year is a good time to reevaluate how we interact with the internet.  Despite the increasing challenges we face, taking a few simple steps can help to keep us safe.

•    Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD.NASA.GOV)

•    Spaceweather.com

•    ScienceDaily.com

All of these sites are kick-off points for further wonderful astronomical experiences. He visits them all almost daily.

 Microsoft Chromium Edge - Is it as good as Google Chrome?

Maureen Kilcoyne introduced us to Microsoft's Chromium Edge Browser which has been included in  Windows 10, version 2004 (sometimes referred to as the 20H2 update).  Maureen discussed the advantages of this Chromium browser as well as pointing out some useful new features that have been introduced by Microsoft that may want to make you switch from Google Chrome.
