Microsoft Office Alternatives

Tired of paying an annual fee for an office suite and bloated operating systems?  Jim Dodmead reviewed/demo'ed several low cost and no cost office suites compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Smartphones. The last Computer Club Hour (CCH) of the season was held on May 8 at 10 am in Pinckney Hall.

AI is Here: What It Means for You

On April 24, Ron Snyder presented "AI is Here: What it Means for You" at Pinckney Hall at 10 am.  This presentation was a friendly, big-picture introduction to artificial intelligence and how it’s already shaping daily life — from smart assistants and photo tools to health, travel, and hobby support. Great for beginners and the AI-curious.
